Wir haben die Mission, Expats einen vielseitigen und effektiven Sprachunterricht zu bieten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf ihrem Lernfortschritt sowie ihrer sozialen Integration in den Alltag und die Kultur des Landes.

Unser Ansatz

Mit unserem Unterricht bieten wir Expats eine angenehme Sprachlernerfahrung und immer neue Gelegenheiten zum praktischen Üben. Basierend auf ihren Bedürfnissen, Lerntypen, Interessen und Zeitplänen erstellen wir für Ihre Entsandtkräfte und Familien maßgeschneiderte Programme. Unsere Methoden haben sich als weitaus effektiver bewiesen als nur in einem Lehrbuch zu lesen oder einem Lehrer zuzuhören.

Praktische Erfahrungen

Während wir zum Erlernen der Kernkompetenzen in der Sprache herkömmliche Bücher und Übungen verwenden, werden unsere Lernenden durch unsere Aktivitäten auch dazu angehalten, das Erlernte im Kontakt mit Einheimischen und durch wirklichkeitsnahe Aufgaben anzuwenden. Beispiele hierfür sind in einem Restaurant zu bestellen, mit Menschen zu sprechen, aber auch den Papierkram zu verstehen und fesselnde Geschichten zu lesen. Darüber hinaus arbeiten wir aktiv mit einer Vielzahl von Audiomaterialien, Spielen, Filmen oder führen Rollenspiele durch, um den Lernprozess kreativ und angenehm zu gestalten.

Rollenspiele und Theater

Rollenspiele sind eine weitere großartige Möglichkeit, eine neue Sprache zu lernen. Es wurde bewiesen, dass diese Lerntechnik den Lernenden hilft, Informationen zu behalten und abzurufen. Durch Rollenspiele lernen die Teilnehmenden in einer Lernumgebung, mit alltäglichen Situationen umzugehen, wie Essen oder Kaffee trinken zu gehen, nach dem Weg zu fragen, sich vorzustellen usw. Wir zeigen Videos und Filme, lassen die Lernenden die Details einer Szene aufschreiben, die Dialoge mit Hilfe der Lehrkräfte verstehen und dann die Szene so nachspielen, wie sie sie verstanden haben. Die Teilnehmenden erklären die Bedeutung der Szene und üben neues Vokabular.

Spiele, Rätsel und Gaming

Im Rahmen des Spracherwerbs spielen die Teilnehmenden Wortspiele wie Scrabble, Kreuzworträtsel, Gedächnisspiele und viele andere Spiele, um Wörter und Ausdrücke kennen und verstehen zu lernen. Dies alles sind unterhaltsame und produktive Möglichkeiten, um neue Wörter zu lernen und die Erinnerungsfähigkeit zu verbessern. In diesen Sessions bilden sich Gruppen, die Spaß daran haben, Teil des Teams zu sein und dabei die Zielsprache zu lernen.

Lehrer-Teams

Es hat sich als sehr erfolgreich erwiesen, dass Expats von einem Team engagierter Lehrer unterrichtet werden. In den meisten Fällen gibt es eine Lehrkraft, die die Muttersprache des Expats spricht und ihn in die Grundlagen der neuen Sprache einführt. Verschiedene Lehrer sorgen dann für einen intensiveren Sprachunterricht, der die Lernenden dazu ermutigt, die neue Sprache so schnell wie möglich zu sprechen. Unsere Lehrer-Teams erstellen zudem viel objektivere Einschätzungen über die kognitiven Lernstile der Teilnehmenden und entwickeln ein breiteres Spektrum an maßgeschneiderten Sprachlernerfahrungen.

Assessment und Überprüfung

Darüber hinaus konzentriert sich Talk@Work auf die Entwicklung und den zufriedenstellenden Fortschritt der Lernenden, indem alle regelmäßig individuell getestet werden. Dabei erhalten die Teilnehmenden Feedback, welche Bereiche sie verbessern sollten (Grammatik, Sprechen, Hören, Schreiben, Lesen). Unsere Lehrkräfte sind immer mit Leidenschaft und Freundlichkeit bereit, unseren Lernenden weiterzuhelfen. Sie verwenden innovative Lehrmethoden und passen die Aktivitäten an die Bedürfnisse, Besonderheiten und Interessen der Lernenden an.

Sprachunterricht für Expats mit vollem Terminkalender

Ins Ausland entsandte Führungskräfte haben einen sehr herausfordernden Zeitplan. Wir sind uns dessen bewusst und richten uns voll und ganz nach Ihnen. Unsere Sprachtrainings können während oder außerhalb der Arbeitszeit stattfinden. Termine zu verschieben, ist jederzeit möglich. Und auf Reisen können Teilnehmende einfach online lernen.

Gründer Andrea Campisano

Sprache ist meine Liebe und der Fokus meines Studiums und meiner Arbeit. Ich habe Philosophie der Sprache, Geisteswissenschaften und Ideengeschichte studiert, mit hoher akademischer Auszeichnung abgeschlossen und nach einem weiteren Master-Abschluss in Kommunikation begann ich als Lehrer und Dozent in italienischer Sprache für akademische und geschäftliche Zwecke zu arbeiten.

Ich unterrichte seit mehr als 20 Jahren Mitarbeiter in großen internationalen Unternehmen und ausländische Studierende an der Universität. Somit arbeite ich mit Tausenden von Menschen aus der ganzen Welt zusammen: eine großartige und bereichernde Erfahrung. Vor acht Jahren habe ich mein eigenes Unternehmen gegründet und ein Team von hervorragenden Lehrkräften aufgebaut, allesamt wertvolle Sprachexperten. Gemeinsam bieten wir nun maßgeschneidertes Sprachenlernen für Entsandtkräfte.
